A Life’s Work

Arc of Care™ was not built from theory.

It was built from thirty years at the intersection of two worlds — luxury hospitality and wellness — and the hard-earned understanding of what it actually takes to make someone feel genuinely cared for while they travel.

I managed Lot 61 in New York and the VIP Lounge at Moomba in Los Angeles — and was on the opening teams of Jet East in the Hamptons and Bungalow 8 in New York — during the decade that defined what ultra-high-net-worth guests expected from hospitality.

When I moved into wellness I brought everything with me — because hospitality has always been an act of care. I designed and led retreats across Italy, Morocco, Costa Rica, Tulum, Ibiza, and the US. I led one of the top revenue-generating wellness boutiques in the Life Time Athletic national portfolio. I have trained hundreds of practitioners across yoga, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation.

Over fifteen years of designing and leading immersive wellness experiences — including my Natural Forgiveness methodology and ESM², a reset framework built around the four pillars that determine how people actually feel: how they eat, how they sleep, how they move, and what they think — I learned something that no trend report has ever captured. People don't want to be wellness-ified when they travel. They want to feel like themselves. Rested. Nourished. Present. They want someone to have thought about what they actually need — before they knew how to ask for it.

That understanding is what Arc of Care™ was built from.

Wellness and hospitality were never two separate careers, they were always one thing for me. Arc of Care™ is what happens when that one thing finally has a name.

What follows is a selection of that work.

Wellness and hospitality were never two separate careers. They were always one and the same for me.
