YOU | WHO | WHAT BUSINESS INTENSIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration & Payment

  • Payment of $388 secures your spot.

  • Registration is first-come, first-served.

2. Refund & Credit Policy

  • All registrations are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, your payment may be credited toward a future intensive or one-on-one strategy session with Cher Meli.

3. Code of Conduct

  • This is a professional learning environment — respectful participation is expected.

  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.

  • Cell phones and devices must be silenced and not used during sessions (except during designated breaks).

4. CE Credits

  • Participants who complete the full 6 hours will receive 10 Yoga Alliance YACEP contact hours and a certificate of completion.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By registering, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to release Cher Meli and Sweat & Tone from liability related to your participation.

6. Media Release

  • Photos/videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the organizer in advance.
