I design and advise high-value, luxury wellness and experiential programming for hospitality brands, properties, and organizations seeking to meet the evolving expectations of today’s wellness-literate guest.

My work sits at the intersection of wellness strategy, experiential design, and hospitality programming—supporting experiences that are commercially viable, culturally relevant, and deeply attuned to how people actually want to feel, move, and engage. I specialize in translating wellness trends into programming that feels elevated, intentional, and aligned with brand identity rather than performative or over-engineered.

With a background spanning premium hospitality and high-profile event environments in New York and Los Angeles, I bring a systems-level understanding of how experiences are conceived, programmed, staffed, and delivered at scale. This is paired with decades of applied experience in wellness education and embodied leadership—allowing me to design programs that are both strategically sound and experientially resonant.

Today, I collaborate selectively with brands, properties, and leadership teams developing wellness-forward initiatives, immersive guest experiences, and long-term programming strategies. Engagements may include:
