I design and advise high-value wellness and longevity programming for hospitality brands, properties, destination management companies, and organizations seeking to enhance guest experience while strengthening the performance of their existing revenue streams.

My work sits at the intersection of wellness strategy, experiential design, and hospitality programming—moving beyond trend-driven offerings such as yoga classes and sound baths into structured, personalized programming designed to support measurable outcomes across recovery, energy optimization, cognitive clarity, and long-term performance. This includes integrating biomarker and blood panel analysis, DNA-informed insights, and partnerships with integrative and functional specialists.

I translate wellness into programming that feels elevated and intentional, while contributing meaningfully to guest engagement, overall spend, and long-term retention. For hospitality groups, this strengthens performance across existing revenue streams. For destination management companies, it enhances perceived value and drives repeat client bookings. For wellness and longevity brands, reinforces credibility, differentiation, and results-driven client outcomes.

With a background spanning premium hospitality and high-profile event environments in New York and Los Angeles, I bring a systems-level understanding of how programming is conceived, staffed, and delivered at scale. With over 25 years in the wellness sector and decades of applied experience in embodied leadership, I design programs that are both strategically sound and aligned with real-world performance, recovery, and long-term outcomes.

Today, I collaborate selectively with brands, properties, destination management companies, and leadership teams developing wellness-forward initiatives, immersive environments, and long-term programming strategies.
